Vailili Restaurant offers the very best in fresh, local produce and simple, full flavours. On Friday nights, guests can dine at the themed buffet and enjoy a traditional fiafia cultural show, and on Sundays, you can take in a Polynesian BBQ and string band entertainment.
Tropical breakfast (included in room rate)
Our tropical breakfast consists of seasonal fruit, toast, spreads, tea and coffee, and something different every morning - from French toast or pancakes, to an omelette or local delicacy. Just ask our wait staff for the daily option and if you are still hungry, or feel like something different, you can also order from the full breakfast menu.
Friday buffet and fiafia show night
Join us for a night of delicious food and cultural performances by the local village fiafia group. You’ll enjoy a variety of dishes, including roast pork cooked in the umu, baked fish, local delicacies - such as oka, faiai fe’e, taro and luau and dessert!
